Print a GoPro-style mount with the two-finger connector even slightly off and it will still look right in a photo and still refuse to click onto a real GoPro buckle, or click on and immediately wobble. The two-finger interface is small and unforgiving: it is a few millimeters of plastic doing all the work of holding a camera steady, so the fingers and the bolt hole between them have to match the accessories you already own, not just look similar.

The two-finger interface: fixed, not adjustable
The GoPro-style mount has two parts that do different jobs. The clevis (the twin-finger end that clicks into a GoPro buckle or accepts another GoPro-style accessory) has to match dimensions that are effectively an industry standard, reverse-engineered and copied across the whole GoPro accessory ecosystem, whether or not you use a genuine GoPro buckle. Meshra's connector builds that end with three fixed values: 3mm-thick fingers, a 3.2mm gap between them for the mating tab to slide into, and a 5mm hole through both fingers for the mounting bolt (often called the thumbscrew pin, even though nothing about it rotates). None of those three numbers are exposed as sliders, on purpose: they are not something you measure per project, they are the interface every GoPro-compatible accessory already expects, so changing them would break compatibility rather than tune it.
What you do control is how wide that clevis is along the bar (12 to 60mm, wider grips more firmly and spreads the clamping load, narrower is lighter and clears tighter spaces), which sizes the finger ears without touching the 3mm/3.2mm/5mm interface itself.
The bar clamp: measured, not fixed
The other end of the mount, the ring that clamps around your handlebar, pole, or roll bar, is the opposite of the clevis: it has no standard size, because bars do not have one. Meshra's connector accepts anything from 8mm to 40mm outer diameter, with presets for the three sizes that come up constantly on bikes: 22.2mm (a common road and BMX handlebar diameter), 25.4mm (1 inch, an older mountain bike standard), and 31.8mm (the oversize diameter most modern mountain bike bars use). If your bar is not one of the three, measure its outer diameter with calipers rather than a tape measure; a ring modeled around the wrong diameter either will not open wide enough to clip on or clamps too loosely to hold a camera steady over rough terrain.
The clamp bore itself is your measured bar diameter plus the same snug, normal, or loose Fit Machine clearance used across every connector, so the same measurement produces a tighter or looser ring depending on how firmly you want it to grip.
