Terms of Service

Meshra generates parametric 3D CAD models from text prompts and templates, lets you adjust them with live parameters, and exports manufacturing-ready files (STEP, STL, GLB). Parts of the Service use AI to generate geometry; parts are deterministic. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and paid plans as described on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. We may change plan features or pricing; changes to paid plans will be communicated before they take effect for existing subscribers.

You own your inputs and outputs. You retain all rights to the prompts you write and, to the extent we hold any rights in them, we assign to you the 3D models the Service generates for you. You may use, modify, print, sell, and distribute your generated models, including commercially, on every plan.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, rendering your model, generating thumbnails, and showing your own history back to you). We do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you create. Do not use the Service to produce content that infringes others' intellectual property or violates the law.

You agree not to:

• break, probe, or overload the Service or access it through undocumented automation;
• resell or redistribute the Service itself (your generated models are yours to sell);
• use the Service to create designs for weapons regulated in your jurisdiction or other illegal items;
• misrepresent AI-generated designs as certified engineering work;
• share account credentials or circumvent plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Generated models are produced by AI and parametric algorithms. They are provided "as is", without warranty of dimensional accuracy, manufacturability, strength, or fitness for any purpose. Always verify a model before printing or machining it, and never rely on generated parts for safety-critical applications (medical, structural, load-bearing, vehicle, or similar uses) without independent professional verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaForge Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars ($50).

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
